In addition to civil litigation of employment claims, Booke & Ajlouny helps clients resolve their claims through the administrative process, including representation at administrative hearings and in appeals. We have successfully handled a variety of administrative claims for employees and employers, including claims for unemployment benefits, and Labor Commission claims such as wage and hour, overtime, commissions, and on-call related issues.
An important part of Booke & Ajlouny’s practice focuses on employment law counseling for our employer clients.
