Victoria L.H. Booke

Victoria Booke Esquire Prior to establishing Booke & Ajlouny, Victoria L.H. Booke co-founded the Law Offices of Fahmy & Booke. Ms. Booke is the managing attorney of the firm of Booke & Ajlouny. She has successfully prosecuted and defended a wide array of civil actions in state and federal courts, in addition to representing clients in mediation and arbitration. Ms. Booke’s clients include consumers, real estate developers, trade sub-contractors, brokers, agents, builders, and investors, among others. Victoria obtained her Bachelor of Science degree in 1985 from San Jose State University. In 1989, she earned her J.D. degree from Lincoln Law School of San Jose.

A Bay Area native, Victoria is active in the local community. She has served as a volunteer attorney for the Legal Aid Society Employment Law Center. She has been an attorney volunteer for local High School Moot Court competitions. Victoria has participated in the Dependency Child Advocate Program, and juvenile justice reform projects. She has been a guest speaker for Lorman Seminars Real Property and Employment Law panels, Santa Clara University, and a presenter for “At-Risk” Youth Forums.


Peter Ajlouny

Of Counsel

Peter advises clients in all facets of real estate development, acquisition, disposition and commercialization with particular emphasis on leasing. Peter is also the principal of Monogram Property, a commercial real estate investment venture.

Prior to joining Booke & Ajlouny, Peter’s early legal career focused on technology and intellectual property law. He served as General Counsel for Click To Market, Inc., Corporate Counsel for Stratify, Inc. (acquired by Iron Mountain ) as well as staff counsel for Intel Corporation. Peter also co-founded Popover Games ( acquired by Playsino ). On behalf of his clients, Peter has negotiated and closed technology transactions and licensing deals with the largest and most innovative companies in Silicon Valley.

Peter earned a Bachelor of Science degree in 1991 in Computer Engineering from Boston University. In 1994, he earned his J.D. from St. John’s University School of Law, New York. Peter is licensed to practice law in both California and New York.
